About
The Institute of Rural Management Anand trains managers for cooperatives, agribusiness, rural finance and development organisations, a focus that grew out of Anand's dairy cooperative movement. IRMA is now a school of Tribhuvan Sahkari University, a central university for the cooperative sector, and admissions run through the university's site rather than the old IRMA portal.
With the move to the university, the programme's name, award and admission process have been changing. IRMA's official prospectus and selection pages could not be read when checked, so this page does not show the exams, selection weights, dates or fee for 2027–29. Applicants should confirm the 2027–29 programme name, entrance exams, fee and selection process on the official Tribhuvan Sahkari University and IRMA sites before applying.
For the Batch of 2025 (2023–25), reported figures give 293 students placed, a median CTC of ₹15.80 LPA and an average of ₹15.64 LPA, with banking and financial services the largest recruiting sector. Recruiters range from dairy cooperatives and agri-finance firms to FMCG companies, banks and development agencies. Figures for 2024–26 were not yet published when checked.
Cutoff
The percentile of the last candidate called (or admitted) in the latest cycle, from the institute where it publishes this, otherwise as reported for that cycle. Where no actual figure is out yet, the expected call percentile is shown and labelled. This is the reality check next to the minimum.
