Route99 offers this website, including all information, tools, courses, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

• Each registration is for a single user only. Route99’s paid user subscription does not allow multiple users on a network, within an organisation, or across multiple locations to use the same ID.

• Route99 may cancel or suspend your access to services if it finds you sharing your personal access, without further obligation to you.

3. Course Access and Usage Licence

• Upon enrolment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.
• All course content (videos, PDFs, practice materials, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Route99.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, share, or create derivative works from any part of our content without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website, branding, courses, and materials are owned exclusively by M/s Dakshavyani Ventures. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or access to the Service, without express written permission from us.

Use of our content beyond the scope of your access licence constitutes a violation and may lead to legal action.

5. Conduct and Restrictions

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

6. Scholarships and Discounts

• Scholarships offered by Route99 are merit-based, need-based, or promotional in nature and are granted at the sole discretion of the management.
• Misuse of scholarship codes, submission of false documents, or attempts to game the system will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.
• Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or exchanged against other services.

7. Account Deletion

• You may request account deletion by emailing us at info@route99.in.
• All data associated with your account will be deleted within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Deleted accounts cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
• Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
• The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

9. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

III. Pricing Policy

Price Range

At Route99, we have customised pricing according to the different courses and study materials provided by us. All pricing details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency, and output of the service. Typically, the range of transactions on our website varies based on the course or programme selected.

Course Renewal

Our online courses offered on our website or mobile app will NOT renew automatically. You will receive a communication before the expiry of your course providing you with an option to renew. You will have to manually renew it each time.

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update pricing for any course or service at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change.
