Which Route99 CAT course should I choose: classroom, live online or self-paced?
Choose classroom if you live in or near Ahmedabad and want a fixed schedule with a teacher in the room. Choose live online for the same live teaching, batch of 25 and monthly MAPs session from anywhere in India. Choose self-paced if you study well alone and want recorded lessons and the full test series at a lower fee.
What are the CAT coaching fees at Route99?
For CAT 2027, the classroom course is ₹86,000, live online is ₹43,000 and self-paced is ₹18,000. Instalment payment available on all three. Every fee includes topic tests, sectionals, full mocks and OMET mocks; classroom and live online add 300+ hours of live teaching, printed books, the monthly MAPs session and mock interviews.
Are scholarships available for Route99's CAT coaching?
Yes. Take RSAT, Route99's scholarship test (Free to take), and win up to 100% off the classroom or live online fee. Every candidate gets an assured ₹7,500 scholarship. A single girl child scholarship of 35% and need-based support of up to 60% are also available. Self-paced is not included. Only one scholarship applies per student. Check your eligibility.
How big are the batches, and how is my progress tracked?
Every classroom and live online batch has 25 students. Each month you get a one-to-one MAPs session (My Assessment and Planning) with your mentor, who reviews your profile, mock scores and academics and sets the next month's plan. Between sessions, your test and mock results are tracked on the student portal.
Can I prepare for CAT while working full-time?
Yes. Live online classes run 7:30–9:30 PM or 9:30–11:30 PM, 4 days a week (2-hour classes), so they sit after office hours, and every class is recorded on the portal if a meeting runs late. Your monthly MAPs session keeps the plan realistic for the hours you actually have each week.
Can I attend a demo class before I join?
Yes. Ask the admissions team for a demo lesson or sit in on a live class before you decide. Fill in the enquiry form on this page or WhatsApp us, and a counsellor will share this month's batch timings and arrange the demo for the format you are considering.
Does the course cover OMETs like XAT and SNAP, and the GDPI stage?
Yes. Classroom and live online include OMET mocks for XAT, SNAP, CMAT and MICAT, plus WAT-PI training, mock interviews and B-school counselling after CAT. Self-paced includes OMET mocks and WAT-PI and GDPI material. The aim is the right B-school for your profile, not just the 99.
When should I start coaching for CAT 2027, and is a few months enough?
Start about a year before your CAT if you can: that leaves time for concepts and topic tests before sectionals and mocks. A few months can work if your basics are already strong. New batches start every month, and CAT 2026 is on 29 Nov 2026.
