Refund And Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Route99 for your educational needs. We value your trust and wish to clarify our refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our valued students. Please read the following policy carefully:

Refund Eligibility for Registration Fees:

  1. Refund Period: You may request a refund for your registration fees within 15 days from the date of REGISTRATION.
  2. Refund Amount: A refund will be issued after a deduction of 10,000 INR along with any incurred material charges from the total fees paid.
  3. No Refunds for Installments: Please note that there will be NO REFUNDS for fee payments made through instalments.
  4. No Refund After Demo: There will be NO REFUND for students who have already taken a demo. The date of their first demo lecture will be considered as their registration date.

Credential Sale or Transfer:

  1. Prohibition: Sale or transfer of your credentials is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination.

Lecture or Event Cancellation/Postponement:

  1. Route99’s Discretion: Route99 reserves the right to cancel or postpone any lecture or related event at its sole discretion.
  2. Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected lecture or event within a stipulated timeframe from its original date.

Refund Policy for Study Material:

  1. Refund before Receiving Details: If you cancel your order before receiving the login details or study material, you will receive a complete refund.
  2. No Refunds after Sending Details: Once the login details are sent to your email address or contact number, or the study material is dispatched, no refunds will be issued. 

Refund Process:

  1. Payment Account: Refunds will be credited to the same account used for the original payment.
  2. Refund Amount: For courses costing less than 15,000 INR, no refunds will be provided. Courses costing more than 15,000 INR are eligible for a refund within five days of purchase, with the first day being the day of purchase.
  3. Payment Gateway Fees: Payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be returned.
  4. Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within ten working days upon receiving your request.
  5. Timeframe for Refund Processing: Some payment methods may allow for instant refunds, while others may take up to ten days to reflect in your account. The processing time is determined by the issuing bank and is outside our control.
