About

What is ISB Hyderabad known for?

The Indian School of Business runs a one-year Post Graduate Programme in Management from a 260-acre residential campus in Gachibowli, with a second campus in Mohali. It is not a CAT school: admission is on GMAT or GRE, and applicants need at least 24 months of full-time work experience. ISB awards its own PGP certificate rather than an AICTE PGDM or a university MBA, and it does not take part in NIRF.

About 820 students join each year across the two campuses. Applications run in three rounds; for the Class of 2028 the deadlines are 20 September 2026, 6 December 2026 and 17 January 2027. Selection rests on the test score, the essays, the work record and an interview.

The fee for 2027–28 is ₹40,46,520, including shared accommodation and GST; a deposit, insurance and living costs come on top. The programme is short and intense, so the fee buys a full year of coursework and placements rather than two.

For the Class of 2026, ISB reports an average CTC of ₹37.29 LPA and a highest of ₹1.56 crore, across 1,117 offers on both campuses. ISB holds AACSB and EQUIS accreditation.
