About
XLRI - Xavier School of Management in Jamshedpur conducts XAT itself, so XAT is the route into its two flagship PGDMs: Business Management and Human Resource Management. The HRM programme is one of the longest-running HR programmes in the country, and both run on the residential Jamshedpur campus, with a second campus in Delhi-NCR.
XLRI registration is done on the XAT form for an extra programme fee. Shortlisted candidates take a group discussion and interview, and XLRI also uses the XAT General Knowledge section in its own selection even though it does not count towards the percentile. XLRI states that admission is on merit, with no management quota.
An 18-month PGDM (General Management) is offered for candidates with at least three years of managerial experience.
