About
MDI Gurgaon is an autonomous institute that awards a PGDM. It holds AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA accreditation and NBA for its programmes, and runs on a fully residential campus on Mehrauli Road, where staying on campus is mandatory.
The flagship PGDM shares one application with tracks in HR, International Business, Business Analytics and Banking and Financial Services. Placement figures are reported per programme, so read the PGDM numbers separately.
MDI publishes its full selection formula instead of a cutoff. At the shortlist stage for 2027–29, CAT or GMAT carries 65%, with academics, diversity and work experience making up the rest. Final selection has more stages than most schools: a group discussion, a written ability test, a behavioural test and an interview, plus points for diversity, national-level sport and work experience.
The 2027–29 fee of ₹26.55 lakh already includes boarding and lodging. For the 2024–26 PGDM batch, MDI reports a median CTC of ₹29.0 LPA and an average of ₹29.5 LPA, with consulting taking 35% of offers.

The PGDM 2027–29 fee is ₹26,55,310 for two years. It includes tuition, boarding, lodging, learning material and a ₹27,500 security deposit. PGDM-IB costs ₹32,54,000.
For the 2024–26 PGDM batch, MDI reports a median CTC of ₹29.0 LPA and an average of ₹29.5 LPA. Consulting took 35.1% of offers and banking and financial services 23.2%.
Stage II weighs CAT or GMAT at 35, the interview at 20, the group discussion at 10, a written test and a behavioural test at 5 each, plus graduation, diversity, sports and work experience.
For PGP 2027–29, MDI applications opened on 24 September 2026 and close on 28 November 2026 at 5 pm. Selection rounds run from February to April 2027.
