About
SCMHRD was set up in 1993 and grew from human resource roots; its flagship two-year MBA now offers majors in finance, marketing, HR and operations, with 180 seats. Alongside it run separate MBAs in Business Analytics and in Infrastructure Development and Management, each with its own Group Exercise and interview slot.
The campus sits inside the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park at Hinjawadi, close to many of the companies that recruit from Pune. SCMHRD holds AACSB accreditation, and its parent university is NAAC A++.
Admission is through SNAP only. Shortlisted candidates take a Group Exercise and a Personal Interaction, and the Symbiosis merit list weighs SNAP at 50, the GE at 10 and the PI at 40. SCMHRD does not publish its shortlist percentile.
