Thank you for choosing Route99 for your educational needs. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring a smooth, transparent experience for all our students. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase or enrolment. By registering for or purchasing any course, study material, or service from Route99, you agree to be bound by the terms set out herein.
I. Overview & General Principles
Route99 offers online and offline coaching programmes, study materials, test series, and related educational services. To help students make informed decisions before committing, Route99 provides:
- Free demo / trial classes before enrolment in classroom courses.
- Trial access to a portion of online course content before full enrolment.
- Transparent pricing and course details shared prior to purchase.
We strongly encourage all prospective students to utilise the demo and trial options available, and to contact our counselling team with any questions before making a payment. Once a purchase is made, refunds are subject strictly to the conditions described in this Policy.

Note: Payment gateway fees and applicable GST will be deducted from all eligible refund amounts. The remaining balance will be credited back to the original payment account.
III. Detailed Refund Conditions
1. Refund of Registration / Course Fees
1.1 Refund Window
- A refund may be requested within 15 days from the date of registration, subject to the conditions below.
- For courses costing more than ₹24,000, a refund may be requested within five (7) days of the date of purchase. Day one is counted as the date of purchase itself.
- No refund will be issued after 15 days of registration or after seven days for courses above ₹10,000, under any circumstances.
1.2 Refund Amount
- A deduction of ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) along with any incurred material charges and payment gateway fees will be made from the total fees paid before processing the refund.
- For courses costing less than ₹24,000, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
1.3 No Refund After Demo
- There will be NO REFUND for students who have already attended a demo or trial class. The date of the first demo lecture will be treated as the student’s registration date.
- By attending a demo, the student is deemed to have evaluated the course and accepted its quality and content.
1.4 No Refund for Instalments
- No refunds will be issued for fee payments made through instalment plans, under any circumstances.
2. Refund Policy for Study Material
- If a student cancels their order before receiving login details or before the study material is dispatched, a Partial refund will be issued after deduction of administrative charges.
- Once login details have been sent to the student’s registered email or phone number, or the study material has been dispatched, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- There is no refund applicable on standalone Study Material, Test Series or Self-paced Courses packages.
3. Prohibition on Sale or Transfer of Credentials
- The sale or transfer of your login credentials, course access, or any associated rights to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of this clause will result in immediate and permanent account termination without any refund or further obligation on the part of Route99.
4. Lecture or Event Cancellation / Postponement
- Route99 reserves the right to cancel or postpone any lecture, batch, or related event at its sole discretion.
- In the event of a cancellation or postponement, Route99 will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected lecture or event within a stipulated timeframe from its original date.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of individual lectures or events does not entitle the student to a refund of course fees.
5. Termination for Misconduct
- If a student is found to be involved in non-disciplinary activities, creating nuisances in classes, or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the learning environment, their enrolment may be terminated permanently without prior notice.
- No refund of any fees will be entertained in such cases.
- In the event that a parent or guardian misbehaves with any Route99 staff member, the student’s enrolment may be revoked, and no refund claim will be considered. The decision of the management will be final and binding.
IV. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, students must follow the steps below. Refund requests not submitted as per this process will not be entertained.

| 2 | Provide Required DocumentationAttach proof of payment (receipt/screenshot), your original fee receipt (if applicable), and any other supporting documents as requested by the Route99 team. |
| 3 | VerificationOur team will verify your request against the eligibility criteria set out in this Policy. You may be contacted for additional information during this stage. |
| 4 | Processing & CreditEligible refunds are processed within ten (10) working days of receiving your complete request. Refunds are credited to the same account or payment method used for the original transaction. Some payment methods may allow instant refunds; others may take up to ten (10) days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank — this is outside Route99’s control. |
Important: Only the student or parent/guardian may submit a refund application. Requests submitted by any other person — relative, friend, or agent — will not be accepted.
V. Payment Gateway Fees & Deductions
- Payment gateway fees charged by the payment processor will be deducted from all eligible refund amounts.
- Applicable GST on deducted amounts will also be adjusted before the refund is credited.
- Material charges (cost of study material dispatched or login credentials issued) will be deducted as applicable.
- The net refund amount, after all deductions, will be credited to the original payment source.
VI. Programme Changes & Route99’s Rights
- Route99 reserves the right to make alterations to its programmes, venues, timings, batch schedules, and days of classes without prior notice to any student or parent.
- The decision of the management in all such matters will be final and binding on students and parents.
- Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
VII. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
In case any dispute or difference arises between a student and Route99 regarding the interpretation of this Policy, non-payment of any refund claim, or any matter arising out of or pursuant to these terms:
- The matter shall first be addressed through written communication to info@route99.in.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
