All course content (videos, PDFs, practice materials, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Route99.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, share, or create derivative works from any part of our content without prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights related to the website, branding, courses, and materials are owned exclusively by Route99. Use of our content beyond the scope of your access license constitutes a violation and may lead to legal action.
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes.
Use of bots, screen recording tools, downloaders, or any unauthorized software to copy or manipulate course content is strictly forbidden.
Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.
Scholarships offered by Route99 are merit-based, need-based, or promotional in nature and are granted at the sole discretion of the management.
Misuse of scholarship codes, submission of false documents, or attempts to game the system will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.
Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or exchanged against other services.
You may request account deletion by emailing us at support@route99.in.
All data associated with your account will be deleted within 24 hours of confirmation.
Deleted accounts cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Route99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall Route99 or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our website or courses.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Route99 and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Route99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
